Quicktap Tennis Scorekeeper What’s New In Version 7.3
Most of the changes in this version were bug fixes though one new feature was added.
That feature changes how workouts are ended as well as adding a timer so that if a workout is running and no points have been entered after 5 minutes, the app will ask if the workout should still be active.
This is to fix two minor glitches. One was concerning playing a series of single set matches (such as in a large indoor doubles group where the teams were changing each set. In the previous version, if you finished a single set match, your workout would automatically close.
Now what happens is that when you finish any sort of match or tie break and a workout is running, the watch app asks if you want to end the workout or continue it.
Additionally, in the past if you had a workout running and maybe didn’t enter the last match point or were interrupted, the workout would continue… and continue… and continue.. until you manually turned it off.
Now the app will wait 15 minutes and if there are no activity, it will ask you if you want to end the workout or continue it. If the app gets no answer in 2 minutes, it will automatically end the workout. This keeps long accidental run on workouts from cluttering up your health app data
